The Mediterranean Music Academy – Malta aims to become a centre of musical excellence in the Mediterranean basin. Housed in the magnificent Naval Hospital in Bighi, overlooking the Grand Harbour and Valletta. The Academy shall place particular emphasis on Mediterranean music. Reflecting the cultural and geographical position of the Maltese Islands as a cross road between the shores of the Magreb and Southern Europe, from the Balearic to the Aegean.
